We are having problems with making Bluetooth part of MT7663 to work under Yocto (for Genio 510 platform). We’re bulding everything with NDA support, so proprietary drivers and files are included in the build. However, there is no documentation on BlueDroid whatsoever.
Also, I noticed this in documentation of the other board (Genio 350-EVK):
IOT Yocto V25.0 and later: BlueDroid-based Bluetooth functionality for MT7663 is deprecated and no longer supported.
Is that true? If so, is there a way to make Bluetooth work on v25?

We would like to inform you that the Bluetooth functionality for the MT7663 has been officially de-featured since version 25.0.
Currently, MT7663 support is limited to the Wi-Fi component on the Genio 350-EVK; other Genio platforms on Yocto are not compatible at this time. We generally advise against enabling Bluetooth independently, as the current upstream firmware may present stability challenges that could impact your development.
Please also note that MediaTek is no longer providing technical support or NRE services for MT7663 turnkey drivers or its integration on other platforms. We appreciate your understanding as we focus our resources on newer solutions.
