I am working on a personal project using MediaTek products. As an independent engineer or individual developer, am I allowed to apply for an NDA to access protected design files or technical documents? If not, are there alternative ways for individuals to obtain the necessary information?

Currently, we do not sign NDAs with individual developers because we are unable to verify applicants’ identities.
If you are participating in a MediaTek project with one of our customers, you may obtain the relevant documents from them under the NDA you have in place with them.
