Hi MTK,
I am bringing up and porting the driver for a new raw image sensor using MTK’s proprietary imgsensor architecture on Yocto v26.0, and it is now able to preview and record, but it returns a green image to me when capturing from the camera.
Does MTK have any idea about why it fails to capture from the camera?
The command used to capture from the camera is:
v4l2-ctl --device /dev/video8 \
-v width=1920,height=1080,pixelformat=JPEG \\
--stream-mmap --stream-count=1 --stream-to "camera-0-1920x1080.jpg"
The returned image looks like this (1920x1080):
And the listed video devices on the running system are:
# v4l2-ctl --list-devices
mtk-jpeg-enc (platform:17030000.jpeg-encoder):
/dev/video0
mtk-jpeg-dec (platform:17040000.jpeg-decoder):
/dev/video1
MediaTek MDP3 (platform:1f003000.dma-controlle):
/dev/video4
/dev/media0
platform:mt8189 (platform:mt8189):
/dev/video2
/dev/video3
mtk-v4l2-adaptor-cam0 (platform:mtk-v4l2-adaptor-cam0):
/dev/video5
/dev/video6
/dev/video7
/dev/video8
/dev/media1
