How to Apply for an NDA: A Step-by-Step Guide

Hi everyone,

To protect our company’s technical and commercial secrets, please ensure that a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed before engaging in discussions with any external partners. Below is the detailed guide on how to apply for an NDA.

Which user category do you belong to?

Before starting your application, please identify your current category:

• New Customers: If this is your first time working with us, please apply for the online NDA directly via the Genio Developer Account Center.
• Existing Customers: If your company already has an existing NDA with us, but you are new to the Genio Developer Center, you may already be eligible for automatic access. In this case, navigate to your profile page to upgrade your account permissions.

Who is eligible to apply?

• Only a legally authorized person may apply for the online NDA on behalf of a company.
• Individual developers are not eligible for the NDA application at this time.

How do you complete the application process?

For New Customer (New NDA Application)

1. Create Account: Register an account on the Genio Developer Account Center.

   

2. Access Application: Log in and navigate to the Advanced Resource Access section in your Profile Page.

   

3. Submit Form: Fill out and submit the NDA application form.

   
   
   
   
   

4. Verification & E-Signature: Our team will review your application. Once approved, you will receive an email to sign the eNDA. Upon completion, your NDA status will be updated to Valid.

   

5. Gain Access: Once your status is marked as “Valid,” you will automatically receive access to the restricted NDA-protected development resources and join private forum discussions.

   

For Existing Customer (Upgrade Access)

1. Log in and navigate to the “Advanced Resource Access” section in your Profile Page.
   
2. Click the “request an upgrade to your NDA content access level”.
   
3. Review and accept the terms.
   
4. Log in again to see your status updated to Valid.
