We want to use mt6991 or mt6993 platfrom to develop our custom algorithms. Now I meet some problems to be solved,can you give us some helps?

it is necessary for us to know about Mvpu structure according to information from mtk website，

so we must get an neuroPolit account。 how to get neuroPolit account quickly？ our company has

signed NDA with MTK。we also sent email for this，but not get any response？

could you give us some suggestions to get the account quickly？ thanks a lot。

Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) allows MediaTek to provide proprietary resources and technical support to Customers. However, access to the official NeuroPilot documentation portal currently requires a separate account application and approval process.

Account Application Process

To obtain access to restricted NeuroPilot materials, the Customer must follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the NeuroPilot Create Account page:
    https://neuropilot.mediatek.com/resources/public/knowledgebase/en/docs/createaccount
  2. Complete the registration form using the corporate email address associated with the signed NDA.
  3. Submit the application for review by the MediaTek account team.

MediaTek recognizes the importance of a streamlined onboarding experience and will optimize the account application and documentation access workflow in the future to reduce waiting times for partners.

Hello,

I already has an account of Developer Account Center with NDA for Genio signed and passed. But it seems to need another account to access NeuroPilot Online Documentation for more featured resource and document.

How could I apply a NeuroPilot account to below versions ? Thanks.

  • NeuroPilot Basic
  • NeuroPilot NeuroPilot Premium

Sorry for the late reply due to the flooded mailbox.

For now, the access permission for NeuroPilot(basic/premium) and Developer Account Center are different channels. Here’s the Registration Portal (it’s available only for the Enterprise account).

We are going to have a single sign-on mechanism that users can use to access the document with the registration of a Developer account, which is planned to be supported by the end of this year.

We will update the information on the Announcement Dashboard. Thank you for the inquiry.
