[25.0] Ethernet can't get IP from DHCP server

Using Yocto 24.1, the G700 and G510 EVK Ethernet port can obtain an IP address from the DHCP server normally.

However, with Yocto 25.0, using the same method, it cannot acquire an IP address.
The operation is based on the instructions from the Yocto NetworkManager webpage:

It seems a known issue. Please help to check if this patch could solve your problem. It’s already in the released kernel code.
