I am using Ubuntu on Genio and encounter some problems. Who shall I contact for support?
Ubuntu on the Genio involves three main software components:

Boot Firmware: Using UEFI EBBR (compliant with SystemReady IR Certification), the system boots into the Ubuntu OS. This part is typically managed by the board manufacturer.

Ubuntu OS: This includes Grub, Ubuntu Kernel (Canonical help to maintained a downstream version for Genio), and the Ubuntu rootfs. Canonical is responsible for these components.

Ubuntu Packages(SnapStore): The software on Ubuntu consists of open-source packages. For some packages, Canonical ensures they run correctly on the corresponding version of Ubuntu. Some package remining as open-source community support.
