To provide the best support while protecting sensitive information, our forum content is divided into two main levels based on your NDA status.
Public Categories (No NDA Required)
These sections are open to all registered members. As shown in the image below, these categories appear to users who have not yet signed an NDA or upgraded their access rights.
- General Discussion: Create topics here that don’t fit into any other existing category.
- Announcements: Stay updated with official announcements from the MediaTek team, such as new releases.
- NeuroPilot: Discuss topics related to MediaTek AI.
- Yocto: Discuss IoT Yocto-related topics, such as software features and technical issues.
- Ubuntu: Discuss Ubuntu-related topics, supported by MediaTek and Canonical.
- AOSP: Discuss AOSP-related topics, supported by MediaTek and Baylibre.
Confidential Categories (NDA Required)
Once your NDA is signed and your access rights are upgraded, your account will automatically unlock “Hidden” categories, indicated by a lock icon (as shown in the image below). These sections contain sensitive technical and commercial data:
- Android FAQ: Discuss the topics related to the technical issues of Mediatek Android.
- Hardware Design FAQ: Discuss the topics related to the hardware design.
How to Unlock Hidden Categories?
If you would like to access the Confidential categories:
- Check your NDA Status: Ensure your company has a valid NDA with us. You can refer to About NDA to learn how to check your current NDA status.
- Follow the Guide: If you need to apply for or upgrade your access, please follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the How to Apply for an NDA post.
