The customer’s platform is G350 + MT6631. They want to know how to wake up the G350 via Bluetooth device after entering suspend mode. After entering suspend mode, the Bluetooth connection remains active. However, pressing the Bluetooth device button on the peripheral does not wake up the system.
Step 1: Customer Self-Check – Confirm the Issue and Operational Status
Customer SOP:
-
Please check whether the Bluetooth peripheral was successfully connected before suspend. What type of device is connected – a mouse or a keyboard?
-
Please verify whether the Bluetooth peripheral functions normally before suspend.
-
After suspend, does the Bluetooth peripheral indicate a disconnection? If you operate the Bluetooth device, are you unable to wake up the platform? This helps confirm the issue point.
-
Can the platform be awakened via its own physical buttons? After waking up, does the Bluetooth peripheral work as expected?
Step 2: If the Issue Persists – Raise a Ticket
I am unable to answer this question directly as it is not a consultation but rather a bug. The customer will need to provide platform details and log information via e-service so I can analyze the issue based on specific logs. For log collection, please provide at least the HCI log and kernel log captured before suspend (to confirm connection success), and also the HCI log and kernel log after suspend. If you cannot capture logs during suspend, please wake up the platform using a button and then collect the logs. Additionally, it would be ideal to provide a video of your operation to help correlate the timing and method used.
